These beans come from a lot that was grown by all women producers - a part of the COMSA cooperative, created in 2001 and rooted in organic farming practices, along empowerment based training and resources that have helped over 15 women run farms to flourish.
The light roast brings out amazing floral notes that pair uniquely with the underlying chocolate, toffee, and maple notes as well.
